How We Give Back to Our Local Heroes

Our way of giving back to our local heroes.

Today we wanted to share a little story about how much we love our local heroes.

Who counts as a local hero? In our view, local heroes include our law enforcement officers, active duty military service members, veterans, firefighters, teachers, and first responders.

We recently held an event at a school where we provided lunch to the teachers and staff to say thank you and to raise awareness about the special home program we offer for Local heroes.

For sellers, this program provides a discount on commission. And for buyers, we’ll give out a check after closing that they’re able to use for anything they want be that moving expenses, new furniture, or even a family vacation. The amount is based on the purchase price, so it could be thousands of dollars.

This is just our way of giving back to those who have given so much to us and our communities. If you know anyone who would benefit from this program, please have them reach out to us. We’d love to work with them. And if you’re one of our local heroes, thank you so much for your service!
